What is the return policy?
We hope you love your YAM FOLK order, but if it's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the return details.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days, while Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information where available.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in Devon, with many of our pieces embroidered and finished locally. We also work with carefully selected manufacturers further afield to bring you good-quality, ethical and environmentally conscious clothing.
How much does shipping cost?
UK standard delivery is £4.45. Express delivery is £5.95. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75.
